1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dbt33 ("dbt33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at dbt33.vip and its associated subdomains (collectively, "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dbt33 Platform — including its casino games, sports betting markets, payment services, customer support, and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.
1.1 Language of Agreement
The governing language of these Terms is English. Where translations into other languages are provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative text in the event of any dispute or discrepancy.
1.2 Jurisdiction
dbt33 operates as an international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. dbt33 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a player's decision to use the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the dbt33 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. dbt33 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years. This is non-negotiable and applies to all products and features on the Platform without exception.
- You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, bots, automated systems, and individuals acting as agents for undisclosed third parties are not permitted to hold dbt33 accounts.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from dbt33 or any related platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in force.
- You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of dbt33 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners, unless explicit prior written consent has been obtained.
2.1 Age Verification
dbt33 reserves the right to request age verification documents from any player at any time. This may include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or any other government-issued document that demonstrates the player's date of birth. Where age verification is pending, dbt33 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, and access to certain games until verification is complete. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by dbt33 will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus funds.
2.2 Underage Gambling Prevention
dbt33 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under the age of 18, we will suspend the account immediately, withhold all funds pending investigation, and if confirmed, close the account permanently. 3. Account Registration
To access the full range of dbt33 products and services, players must create a personal account on the Platform. Account registration is free of charge. During registration, players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and basic personal details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dbt33 account credentials, including your username and password. dbt33 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other website or application. You must notify dbt33 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised. dbt33 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
3.2 Accurate Information
All information provided to dbt33 during registration and throughout the account lifecycle must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, false address, or use of another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities.
3.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may maintain only one active dbt33 account. If dbt33 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, same IP address, or any combination thereof — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Bonuses and winnings associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture. Players who inadvertently create a duplicate account should contact support immediately to resolve the situation.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
As part of our commitment to player safety and regulatory compliance, dbt33 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on accounts. Players may be requested to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by dbt33 at the platform level, though individual payment methods may have their own transaction limits set by the payment provider. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. All withdrawals require a fully verified account. dbt33 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity has been detected. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
4.4 Funds Integrity
Players may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered dbt33 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be returned and the associated account reviewed. dbt33 maintains segregated player fund accounts to ensure that player balances are protected.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
dbt33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Where the specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register a dbt33 account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific welcome bonus amount, percentage match, minimum deposit requirement, and wagering conditions are published on the dbt33 promotions page and are subject to change. Eligibility for the welcome bonus is limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by dbt33 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using real money funds first, and bonus funds are used only when the real money balance is depleted. 5.3 Bonus Abuse
dbt33 employs advanced detection systems to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on both sides of a market to guarantee profit from bonus funds ("bonus arbing"), using automated betting strategies to game bonus terms, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and the account may be permanently closed.
5.4 Seasonal and Special Promotions

These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms. dbt33 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted and activated a promotion will not have its terms changed retroactively.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Players using the dbt33 Platform are required to conduct themselves in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with fair gaming principles. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:
- Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment credentials, fabricated identity documents, or any other fraudulent means to access or fund a dbt33 account.
- Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. dbt33 is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
- Match Fixing & Collusion: Attempting to fix the outcome of any sporting event offered on the dbt33 sportsbook, or colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games.
- Technical Exploitation: Using software bugs, exploits, vulnerabilities, or any form of automated bot to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players. This includes the use of VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward dbt33 staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Chargeback Fraud: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used to wager on the Platform.
- Account Sharing: Allowing any other person to access or operate your dbt33 account, or operating an account on behalf of another individual.
6.1 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where dbt33 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct, dbt33 reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the account pending investigation, permanently close the account, void all associated bonuses and winnings, retain the account balance pending recovery of any losses caused by the prohibited conduct, and/or report the matter to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
Players may request the closure of their dbt33 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, dbt33 will process any outstanding withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance (subject to standard verification requirements) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
7.1 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting dbt33 support. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days to indefinite exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to access the Platform, and dbt33 will take reasonable steps to ensure that no marketing communications are sent to the excluded player. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
7.2 dbt33's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
dbt33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has violated these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes; the player has provided false registration information; the account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months; or it is necessary to do so for compliance, security, or technical reasons.
7.3 Dormant Accounts
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more will be classified as dormant. dbt33 will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered email address prior to classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳200 per month after the initial 12-month dormancy period, deducted from the remaining account balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any requested verification.
8. Limitation of Liability
The dbt33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While dbt33 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform is available, secure, and free from errors, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond dbt33's reasonable control.
8.1 Exclusion of Consequential Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbt33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses — even if dbt33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.2 Technical Errors
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds display, or an erroneous bonus award, dbt33 reserves the right to void the affected bets or transactions and restore account balances to their state prior to the error. dbt33 will not honour payouts that result from obvious errors, regardless of whether the error was caused by dbt33's systems or by a third-party game provider. Players who are aware of a technical error and continue to exploit it will be treated as engaging in prohibited conduct under Section 6.
8.3 Third-Party Content
The dbt33 Platform incorporates games and content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. dbt33 is not responsible for technical faults, incorrect RTPs, or service interruptions caused by these third-party providers, though we will work with providers to resolve any such issues as quickly as possible and communicate with affected players accordingly.
8.4 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which dbt33 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence.
